Ordinary people really do get screwed all the time. It has long been a personal calling to stand up for the proverbial underdogs. In my office, in the courtroom, and on both local and national television and radio, I have tried for decades to educate the masses on how the system works and how it could work much better. I believe with all my heart that if all of us increase our awareness of the problems, and are willing to work to be heard, change can and will happen.

Heres an excerpt from Bob's new book:

A 93 year old woman, who worked on an assembly line her entire life, lived frugally and managed to save over $300,000.00.  Her daughter's name was added to form a joint bank account as a means of protecting the mother's assets.  Her son-in-law convinced her daughter to add his name to the account.  Over a period time, and without the daughter's knowledge, the son-in-law withdrew money from the account until it was completely drained.  He then disappeared leaving the old woman penniless and at odds with her daughter's irresponsibility.  Although there is no solution to this legal problem, there are obvious means of prevention.
